In this thirteen-week course,

I contributed in live group discussions with business professionals from every field, ranging from technological startups to national non-profits. I completed coursework and independent research every week, learning the skills of starting a business, such as how to identify a target market and broadcast your project to the world.

We’ve all heard the story of the hungry college kid.

Yearning for the comfort of a home-cooked meal, but only having access to an electric kettle and hot plate (if they’re lucky), college students often assume that they will never be able to cook again because of this lack of time, space, or tools. Enter Easy Food, Happy Chef: an online forum of “space-conscious” recipes aimed at combatting this specific problem.

I created a website and Instagram account, gathering hundreds of page views over the past two years.

I presented my business to entrepreneurs across the nation and earned a Certificate in Social Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania, as well. The website and Instagram account continue to thrive today!
